Massage Therapy
Massage helps by working on the soft tissues that support not only your movement and function, but also your mood and stress level. It is an ancient practice with many benefits.
-
Muscles & Fascia - Loosens knots, improves flexibility, and reduces tension
-
Tendons & Ligaments - Helps with mobility and injury recovery
-
Circulatory System - Boosts blood flow for better healing and overall function
-
Nervous System - Calms stress, improves sleep, and supports pain relief.
All of our therapists have in-depth knowledge of human anatomy with formal education and a genuine desire to help our patients feel their best.
Paraffin Wax Bath
Paraffin wax serves as a natural emollient, enhancing blood circulation, increasing moisture levels, and removing dead skin, resulting in an immediately smoother texture. As a form of heat therapy, it is effectively utilized to alleviate joint and muscle stiffness, muscle spasms, inflammation, as well as to treat sprains, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and various other orthopedic conditions that effect the hands.
During your 30-minute paraffin wax treatment, your hands will be washed and immersed in the wax. Once the wax has cooled, it is carefully removed, followed by a hand and forearm massage. Clothing will remain on, so ensure you have short sleeves and remove any jewelry!
It is important to note that this treatment is not recommended for individuals with rashes, open wounds, sores in the treatment area, or diabetes.
This treatment is covered under extended health plans for those who have massage therapy benefits.
**This is NOT a hair removal service. Your arm hair will be there after the treatment, we promise.

Facilitated Stretching
it’s an active way to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement. By combining assisted stretching with muscle activation techniques, it helps your body unlock tight areas, improve range of motion, and move more efficiently.
-
Muscles & Fascia – Releases tension and improves flexibility
-
Nervous System – Helps retrain movement patterns and reduces stiffness
-
Joints & Ligaments – Supports better mobility and alignment
This service is great for tight hips, post injury muscle stiffness, combating daily postural changes from prolonged sitting, improving movement in the gym (ex. deeper squats), or generally gaining more freedom of movement.
*Please wear shorts or flexible clothing for your facilitated stretch appointment. This treatment does not require you to disrobe, but it will require your clothing to allow for full range of motion in the targeted area.
Social Work Services
Social support is a broad term that encompasses a wide range of services designed to help you navigate applications, access resources, and connect with the assistance you need. This work can be life-changing. Registered Social Workers are trained problem-solvers who help individuals manage emotional, financial, and social challenges that impact overall health and wellbeing.
You may benefit from social support if you are:
-
Living with a disability
-
Unsure how to apply for government assistance
-
Struggling to make ends meet financially
-
Seeking housing support
-
Feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start
-
Intimidated by applications or complex forms
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of your next steps, our Registered Social Worker is here to provide guidance.
It starts with booking a consultation so we can better understand your situation and determine whether our services are the right fit. If we are not the best option for your needs, we will do our best to provide appropriate referrals to help you move in the right direction.
One-on-one sessions are available in person or virtually. Any costs associated with ongoing support will always be clearly outlined and approved by you in advance.
