What should I expect during my first appointment?
During the first visit, you’ll discuss your health history, any areas of concern, and your treatment goals. This helps ensure the session is tailored to your specific needs. Afterward, you’ll receive treatment using a variety of techniques to address tension, pain, or stress. At the end of the session, any post-treatment advice will be provided, and a follow-up appointment can be scheduled if necessary. Please see Appointment Timing for a more in-depth description of what to expect.
What should I do after my massage?
After your treatment, it's helpful to drink plenty of water to support the body's natural detoxification process. Some temporary soreness may occur, but it’s usually short-lived. Rest and gentle movement are recommended. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.
How often should I get a massage?
Frequency depends on your reason for seeking treatment. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions for ongoing tension or pain management, while others may opt for monthly visits for stress management and general health maintenance.
